Check out: in case of late check-out, guests may be able to use the room, subject to availability.

Parking: on arrival it is possible to leave luggage into the main gate of Via Castellamonte, 2 so that cars can then be parked in the free parking located behind the hotel. Parking is in an area outside the limited traffic area and is accessible without limitations. The parking area is suitable for motor bikers, buses and campers.

Payment: cash and/or bank transfer.

Cancellations: for stays not enjoyed, for no show or in the event of cancellation, not reported within a day of arrival, guests will be charged the first night.

All rooms and interior parts of the hotel are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.
