In 1948, my grandparents bought the whole farm in front of the Royal Palace of Venaria, which at that time was in a complete state of abandonment.
I spent my childhood in this charmingold town, designed by Amedeo di Castellamonte, at that time at the Savoy court.

In the old days our farmhouse was used to store ice. Hence the name chosen for the B&B, which can be read in two ways: “Yeah Evening” or “Giasera”, meaning “ice-storage” in local dialect.
In 2014, with my family, we decided to convert part of the property into a Bed & Breakfast in order to share a piece of history with others and revive the place.
